Office Manager

We have an immediate need for a detail oriented office manager executive admin for a busy Southampton, PA based security systems company.  Responsibilities of the position include:

  1. Communicating with clients and technicians to manage work calendar,
  2. Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians. 
  3. Managing office matters.
  4. Knowledge of Quickbooks for bookkeeping and accounting is highly desirable.

Additional skills that you should possess include:

  1. Computer skills (Microsoft Office, e-mail) and telephone skills are required.  
  2. Russian language proficiency is strongly preferred.

We work in a fast paced environment, and job duties can vary so being flexible and having strong organizational skills are a must. Attention to detail is critical in this role. You should also be able to work independently and get things done in a timely manner.
